The prices on the items differ with the ones in the system and it's not nice 😭

Customer service is wanting

The skincare section usually has poor customer service. The attendants don't really attend to you, if you're a beginner it will just make skincare feel like such a task for you. This has been the case for a while now. The other sections have good service though

The team provided timely service with no delays.

Good sales persons that are ready to assist one make an informed decision when out shopping and not sure which item to pick esp when faced with several options
